We offer fully-furnished studio apartments in one of the coolest neighborhoods of Istanbul for short-term or extended stays. The studio apartments have been fully renovated from the core out with new electricity, water, wall plaster, bathroom, kitchen, ceiling beams, structural columns and hardwood floors. The size of each studio is around 27m².

The studios can be rented for short- to mid-term stays. All you need to bring is your luggage – the places have dishes, utensils, bedding covers, etc. The units feature private bathrooms and kitchen areas with stove tops and refrigeration, they have air-conditioning for the hot summer months for your convenience and comfort as well as direct balcony or terrace access to experience the neighborhood feel and nature. There is a laundry area free of charge for tenants and free wireless fiber Internet throughout.

The units are located on several floors in a recently restored 95-year-old historic house. Every unit has twin balconies or a Cumba (a bay-window area overhanging the street). All units have air conditioning and satellite TV. The house is located in a quiet street with many galleries, famous museums, and many antique shops in the middle of the historic Çukurcuma neighborhood with a garden facing other gardens on the back-side. It is only steps from Orhan Pamuk’s “Museum of Innocence”, a 2 min walk to French Street, 5 min to Galatasaray Lycee and the center of Istiklal Street, and 5 min to the tram stop in Tophane connecting in 12 min to the historic Peninsula with all the should-see attractions. Also 5 min is the walk to popular Cihangir square with its many cafes and restaurants. Taksim Square with its Metro connection and Istanbul Modern are a 8-10 minutes walk. Bahçeşehir University’s Galata Campus is 1km, and the Beşiktaş Main Campus is 3.7 km away.
